Changes / Returns to physical stores

Changes in products / Returns purchased online can also be made at the natural Be Star Boutique stores that appear at Metropolitan Methodius 10 in Corfu . Once your request has been verified by our staff, you will receive a response to your return approval email and instructions on how and where to send it.

Changes within Greece
Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packing bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packing is adequately protected and it is not possible for the courier company to mark it.
If it is a change of size / color / design or replacement, you will have to place a new order for the product you want after the return is approved. After you let us know first.

If you wish to change the product you bought and only in case the product has not been used you should send us an email or inform us by phone within 14 days from the date of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date approval of the Request.
The first change is made without any charge for the customer, while for each change after the first, the charge amounts to € 4.50 per product + € 1.50 per change and is automatically charged to the replacement order.

 

Changes outside Greece

For orders outside Greece, the customer makes the return with his charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the country of destination).

Specifically for orders from Cyprus, the possibility is provided return products using Speedex and declaring a recipient charge. If you select this method, the surcharge on the replacement shipment (except for the difference in the price of the products, if any) will be € 7.00 per product + € 2.00 per return. and will be charged automatically on the replacement order.

Wrong shipments

In case the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must enter a Return Request via email within 5 days of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.

In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.

Defective products

In case a product proves to be defective within 30 days from its sale, we undertake the repair or even its replacement with a new one (in case it cannot be repaired), at no charge to you. Once the defect is identified, you will need to register one Return Request via email, so that you can get instructions on the return / replacement / compensation process. If the replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you can choose between replacing it with another, equal product of your choice, or returning all or part of its value for money. The refund amount in case of defective products used is calculated at the original value, reduced by 10% for 15 days mediated from the initial sale.

Refund / Right of Withdrawal

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and are not interested in replacing it with another one, you will need to register one Return Request via email within 14 days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 7 days of approval of the Request. After the return is made and it is found that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), will be done to you a refund of the total amount you paid (including shipping costs, if any). If the payment has been made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer to a bank account that you indicate to us, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us.

In cases of refund you only bear the cost of returning the product, as the return of the product will have to be done at your own expense. If you are in Greece or Cyprus and choose to return the product with Speedex and recipient charge, you will be deducted from the refund amount of € 7.00 or € 8.00 per product, respectively, to cover shipping costs.

Also, in case before the refund process is preceded by a free change in the specific product, there will be an additional charge of € 7.00 to cover the transport costs of the change, which will be done by deducting the amount from the refund amount.
